Dr. Farah Turk completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Miami and graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, one of America's Top 25 Medical Schools. Her residency was completed at the Swedish Covenant Hospital, an affiliate of Northwestern University of Chicago, where she held the position of chief resident. Dr. Turk is Board Certified in Family Practice has over 20+ years in practice and is highly respected in her field. Furthermore, she obtained a Board Certification in Obesity Medicine in 2014 as part of her commitment to providing the best care to her patients and their families.
