Provider required up front payment of over $500. After insurance was processed it was clear that I overpaid by over $400. Office tried to contact me one time and did not attempt a second contact. Over a month later I found the clerical error and brought it to their attention at which time I was reimbursed. Had I not found the error myself, it is unclear whether I ever would have been reimbursed.

My son was involved in a serious car accident in December, 2013. Due to the impact of the accident he split his bottom lip open. Dr. Bouchelion came to the hospital and had to stitch his lip back together. His work was impeccable, we couldn't believe his before and after. It's been 4 months since his accident and you wouldn't even know that anything ever happened to his lip. When the Doctor came in to see us our family was very emotional and he relieved us and made us feel that everything was going to fine. Dr. Bouchelion, went over beyond his job. Both my son and my daughter recently had oral surgery at this office. The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me out to the car. I felt very comfortable with my children in their hands. I would highly recommend this office!

Referred from my dentist to have a tooth extraction. Prior to my visit I contacted the offices in Joliet and Plainfield and was very happy with the courteous and helpful staff. Dr. Bouchelion explained all questions I had. After completing the extraction the Dr. came out to the waiting area and explained in detail to my daughter what was done and she was highly impressed. Would definitely reccommend.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I was very happy with the outcome of my visit..I did read all the reviews on line and because my dentist referred me I did go ahead with the appointment. I was treated very well and I must say they did a great job!!

My son had a tooth pulled there. The doctor was wonderful! Everything was explained in great detail prior the procedure and the procedure was quick and painless. The doctor even called later that day to see how my son was doing! I would highly recommend!!

I found this practice to be disrespectful of my time and VERY expensive.
