HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called in, because a friend highly recommend this place. Was put on hold for over 7 minutes. Well, not on hold, phone was just put down. Was thinking if I called back, would get busy signal. Hung up after 7 minutes, told girl who answered phone I was on hold that long. She said kitchen picks up and does not tell her, then puts me on hold. For about two more minutes. Comes back unconcerned. I place order. I show up. Lady at register is on phone, guy waiting tables says she will be with me in a minute. I wait. She is taking an order, she takes order, then answers another call, places them on hold, then picks up ANOTHER call and then takes their order. All the whole my pizza sits there. Was over 8 minutes. Pizza was no longer hot, but still warm, and if I went elsewhere would take forever. Get home. Checked second pizza. Cheese pizza is burnt. Other pizza was just barely ok. Dont bother.
