Took broken floor lamp in, was closed. No hours posted on door. Went back again, still closed. Noticed small business card taped near top of door. Called and got a recording which gave business hours. Went back a 3rd time, during business hours, still closed. Went to business next door to inquire, owner said he was out of town until July 4th or so. Waited til July 11, called and was told by Jim that he was going to work on the lamp that day. Got a call few days later that lamp was ready and charge was $25. Went to get lamp and was charged $34.50. Didn't say anything, and got out my credit card. He said he couldn't take it because he hadn't plugged his credit card machine in since being back from vacation. I only had a $100 bill, which it took him 5 minutes to figure out my change. Horrible customer service.
