      They (via Royal Homestar) nag you with calls to order supplies, and tell you "don't worry, it will all be covered by insurance" - BIG LIE. CHECK FIRST, OR GET A PRE-AUTH. I have a bill, that Youngs/Royal Homestar says "ooh sorry, nothing we can do."
