General Info

Dr. Carlene Siracuse joined Northeastern Eye Institute in 2007 and practices in our Pittston, Hamlin and Scranton offices. Dr. Siracuse is a native of the Wyoming Valley and graduated from Wyoming Area High School. She received her bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and received her doctor of optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. Dr. Siracuse trained at prominent eye care institutions in Pennsylvania. A member of the American Optometric Association, and the Northeast Pennsylvania Optometric Society, Dr. Siracuse specializes in family eye care and contact lenses.
