(cont) Obviously he must have seen the first ticket with the date, the $7.50 price quoted. Otherwise, why would they gotten "priority" treatment that afternoon??? He was most rude person I have ever experienced in any business establishment I have ever witness. I just can't explain how rude he was and the comments he made. The woman who wrote the inital order, hung up and was very rude when we called to see if the order was done did not say a word when I picked them up. The only thing I can think of is she got reamed up one side and down the other when we called to see if they were done and the owner didn't have them on the schedule. Absolutely no apology from her when I made her scratch off the $10 CHARGE per shirt to the "quoted" $7.50 per shirt. The experience / customer support from this shop was the worst I have experienced in my life time. He has no right treating customers the way he treated me and my daughter that day. The most unprofessional person I have ever met.

(cont.) I told her and the guy in the shop that the cost was quoted as $7.50 each (mine ya, I DO have my original receipt that shows 6 shirts at $7.50 each and DUE DATE of WED 4:00). The guy spoke up, said he was the owner, and that there was NO WAY THIS JOB WOULD HAVE BEEN QUOTED TO BE DONE IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS. Told him they WERE quote to be done Wed. and he said I HAVE BEEN THE OWNER AND WORKING HERE OVER 20 YRS (OR WHAT EVER THE YEARS HE QUOTED) AND THAT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. I told him that I WOULD NOT have even brought the shirts there to get done because I needed them by Thursday. Crazy to think I would bring them in and pick them up a week AFTER the wedding, don't you think!!. And he had the nerve to REWRITE a new ticket and put his price of $10 each because he said that he had to stop other jobs to get these done today. Now, don't you think if I WAS WRONG and they were not to be done, he would NOT have "stopped the presses" and get my job done. (will be continued)

I called the shop on 8/15 to see if they could embroidery 6 shirts and that I needed them by Wednesday 8/20 since I needed them for a wedding rehersal on 8/21. The woman was very nice and said if I got them there by Saturday 8/16 she could have them done by Wed. 4:00 PM. My receipt said incoming 8/16/14 and ready for pick up Wed. 4:00 PM at $7.50 each for the lettering. I was there Sat at 11:00 AM. On Wed. 8/20 I called around lunch time to see if maybe they were done yet that I was in the area and could pick them up earlier. She was VERY VERY RUDE, said that they were NOT started, they were NOT on the schedule. Told her that I was promised that they would be done by 4:00 PM that day. She got very nasty when I insisted they were promised - she said "I WILL CALL YOU WHEN THEY ARE DONE" AND HUNG UP. We called her back to see if they were ready around 4 and they were. Went in to the store, the ticket was REWRITTEN and they had a charge of $10 each. (will continue in new review)
