General Info

I represent parents whose children have disabilities in navigating the New York State special education system. Federal and State law applies. Our work together entails advocating for appropriate educational programs, services, evaluations, and placements. I work with families on related matters such as disciplinary issues. Frequently, reasonable goals can be achieved through respectful dialogue. At times, our advocacy requires us to use due process procedures (e.g. litigation) in an effort to obtain the desired results.
