I have taken my cats to this clinic for years and I think Dr.Orr is a great vet and really shows an interest in my pets. However, I called to make an appointment today and was shocked by the how rude the receptionist was. Her tone was very rude and she rushed me so much that I didn't even get a chance to explain the entire reason for the appointment. I don't want to change vets but I also do not want to have an interaction like that one again. I wish I had gotten her name so I could let the vet know that she may be affecting his business.

I'm switching my primary veterinary care provider. I am not happy constantly being hung up on by the receptionist (by accident or not; I'm not sure). I was told that I didn't have an appointment before when I had made an appointment, the receptionist was very snippy and rude until she realised that it was her own mistake entering my information into the computer. I'm not happy with the service - I'm sure that those who have grown up with the vet have great experiences but being new to the area I am not happy with the way that they have treated me as a patron of their business. The vet was pleasant the one time I met him, but was not helpful answering my questions as a new cat owner.



They could be nice and wonderful people, but I unfortunately have yet to see that side of them.
