Been at Greylock for years after getting ripped off by a bank employee who was fired for theft but bank refused to reimburse me. The employees are always polite and up front with policies. They have the best offers in the county and I have never had any problem with them. I always recommend to others as an excellent replacement for any bank.

The tellers are rude, the service is poor, and if there was another bank that could provide better service I would switch.
