Went there to get my brakes done waited for 45mins after some "kid" some out and says it will take 2-3 hrs for my front brakes and radars. Their labor rate is 100hr was there 2 weeks ago talk to a older guy and he said take only 1hr or less that was my quote I was told "it was easy". Asked the young man why 2-3 hrs he said i dunno how to change brakes on a benz. I was like what? I ended up taking my brakes and radar home and just doing it myself takes me about 40mins. No one really seem to care that I left with my things and went home was hoping for a day off and i never got it sadly. Maybe it was just a bad apple in the bunch but i just did want to get taken for a ride cause I drive a nice car.

Replaced muffler for under $100. Checked underside of car & everything looks good!

These guys are the absolute best. No matter what your problem is, they can take care of it. My exhaust pipe broke completely off at the Y of my crossover pipe. I had patched it many times over the years, but this time it was beyond that. My truck is an 1988 Dodge (25 yrs old). I called Berkshire Muffler late yesterday afternoon and they said bring it down today. When they put it up on the lift, the guy(should have asked his name) brought me out in the shop. I expected the worst, but he said "It's not that bad. The rest of the exhaust is fine", and he went on to explain exactly what he was going to do to make a new Y and gave me a price. In two hours I was driving back to North Adams with a quiet truck and money left in my checking account. Price was great, service was great. If you have an exhaust problem, don't mess around. Bring it to Berkshire Muffler. They are the best.
