      My siblings and I want to let you know how pleased we are with your Medical Alert Pendant. None of us live locally and when our mother was seriously injured in October, we were at a loss as to how best to address her needs. For many weeks following her accident, she required 24/7 care which we were unable to provide. Thankfully, she was at a residential rehab center at first but once she came home, we had no idea how to preserve her independence. When I called your company, your salesperson was so helpful explaining how your systems work, and how your product compares to others in the market. She even came to the rehab center to meet with us, provide a demo and answer any questions we might have. It is now three months later and our mother is doing much better. Please know that we are very satisfied with the unit AND your customer service. You make a great product and your staff markets it in a way that speaks powerfully to families. Thanks! BC, Baltimore
