Was there last night with my daughter, who fell in love with the place the first time I took her there about a month ago. This was my fourth time being there. The first two times I was with a friend & had excellent service & very good food. When I was there with my daughter it was the same. Last night I waited 10 min. to be seated. Almost left then. After being seated I received a cup of tea w/ something floating in it. Then 3 out of 4 pieces of silverware had food stuck to them. My daughter did not get the salad that she asked for. Both of our salads had very mushy tomatoes on them, not edible. The waitress never offered to refill our coffee & tea. I think that she was afraid that we would say yes & she would have more work to do. The place was not that busy, maybe 10 customers total but only the 2 waitresses & they were doing it all.I was very disappointed in this visit. Will be a while before I return. Didn't see the manager at all.

Service is terible! food is good the burgers are great. Portions where nice. ButI had horible service at the bar and the place was empty staff was all gathered around the bar talking to eachother. Dingbats has replaced damons as the worst place to dine in monroeville. I will go to the food court next time I am at the mall.

I work in the area and have eaten at Dingbats several times. The food is always very good. I can't seem to stop ordering their potato soup...that is REALLY good. I wish there was some sort of frequent customer program for lunch patrons because it can get a bit pricey. Stacey and Maura (sp?) have waited on me and are always very pleasant. Overall, I like Dingbats.

I really enjoy the new Dingbats at the Monroeville Mall. My only complaint is that the kitchen closes very early. I was there last night and ended up leaving because the manager closed the kitchen at 8pm.

Ok place, I feel bad for the employees. They have a power- trip manager who degrades all of them in front of customers. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. The food is pretty good, but it is a really bland atmosphere. Not a "fun place to eat and drink."

My husband and I ate chicken wings at Dingbats and we immediately felt sick on our stomachs soon after we started to throw up. I just jhope tjhat we do not have food poisioning. Do not eat there. They should be closed and I will report them to the board of health.

Dingbats replaced a very decent Houlihan's with a bland and boring atmosphere. Wings and sandwiches are below average at best. Don't go here on a Saturday night, as they insist you pay a cover charge for their random bands that play, even if you just come in for a drink and bite to eat. Pretty lousy place.

I have never been to a worse bar. I actually got a skunked beer. They had a problem with the taps as well. The bartender literally screwed up every order I saw him take. I swear that he screwed up atleast ten drinks back to back. They were subbing ingrediants without asking customers and then insisting they pay even if they didn't get anything close to what they asked for. By the end of the night I was laughing at all the complaints

I understand this place just recently changed hands..but the food was bad...chicken fingers and fries had old oil...it was dark brown...pretty nasty...service was good but fire the cooks...!
