I give them five stars because I have had repair work done there many times over the years. I recently went in to have a watch battery changed when Michael (the watchmaker) stated that he also works on Rolex watches. So I decided to have him repair my father's Rolex that was purchased in the late 1980's. He also restored the band and face. I feel that he charged much less than the company would have. My son says the watch is keeping great time.
