If you are ever required to use taxi service in Pittsburgh - Veteran's Taxi is the ONLY one to call!!! I cannot stress that enough! After I was stranded for HOURS by Yellow Cab and Classy Cab, after several promises of a pick-up and multiple calls where I was simply left on hold or the call when unanswered...after I had to take an employee shuttle bus to a garage to get to a nearby hotel for another unsuccessful attempt at a response from Yellow Cab, I was gratefully put in touch with Vet Taxi --- I had immediate service, fair prices, and my driver was a class act!!! Completely the opposite of the nightmare experience I had with YC and CC (not to mention the horror stories I heard from other hotel guest who experienced similar atrocities). The Vet driver told me, if they are ever in too much of a demand they will give you a reasonable time but won't leave you high and dry, they are reliable! This was a proven fact after what I experienced that day! THANK YOU VET TAXI!!!!
