Terrible customer service!!! Paid for a bunk bed in cash on February 12, they have rescheduled delivery four times. Two months later I still don't have the bed. They told me it would take 4 months to process a refund. Management does not communicate with each other and became downright rude when we said we wanted to cancel the order after the fourth time rescheduling delivery. Would never shop here again -the values are deceptive since you'll never get your order.

The only reason that there is one star in the rating, is because I can't give them any less! Please, research your brand of furniture to see if you can buy it anywhere else but from Value City - buy here ONLY as a last resort. Sure, the price is good - but the Customer Service is the absolute WORST! I bought furniture, and they rescheduled me 3 times for delivery - imaging trying to explain that to your boss! They damaged the furniture when they delivered it & didn't tell me (I found out after they left) AND they didn't tell me that one of the pieces would have to be delivered late!!!!! It was a NIGHTMARE trying to get someone in management to speak with - and then they didn't even take ownership or apologize to me! I cannot imagine ever buying anything here again the experience was so bad - I mean, do they not know that the funny thing about money is that ANYONE will take it - you KEEP customers with your SERVICE! They are HORRIBLE!!!! PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!
