I cannot say enough about Steel City Glass. We called them in the late afternoon one day when a patient ran into our entry way window and broke it. They gave us a rough estimate over the phone (with no guarantee as they weren't 100% sure, nor were we about what they were dealing with, i.e. laminated, insulated, double pane etc.). I got a few more quotes over the next week. The estimate from Steel City Glass was 18% less than the competition. I called them back about a week later in the morning. I was told they would be out to look at the job, then return later to complete it. I didn't see them the first time they came out, but they were there by 2:00 to install the new window. I think the entire removal and reinstall took less than 25 minutes and the price ended up being 27% less than the competitor. I hope this doesn't happen again, but if I ever need this type of service in the future, I will definitely call Steel City Glass. Thank you.
I love this place. They made a few shelves for a vintage, built-in medicine cabinet, and they installed glass on an old spice cabinet door. They are dependable and affordable. I am taking some old mirrors in to be replaced next week. I highly recommend them.
