i went to sephora looking for new foundation. after visiting a few times i realized that if you don't look like you come from money or you are not nicely dressed, the employees won't even look at you let alone help you or answer any questions. When i walked in i wasn't greeted and i had to wait 10 minutes until an associate asked if i needed anything. I was then directed to another associate that was supposed to help me find my right foundation. i then was told that my skin was so white that she wasn't even sure if she could find something to fit me. I'm part native american and Hispanic so hearing this shocked me! not only did she offend me, she used "porcelain" foundation, that is the whitest foundation in the store. I looked white as a ghost but my around my eyes were still tan. I told her that i didn't like it because it felt greasy and wanted to try something else and she literally laughed in my face and told me that "laura mercier" was the most high end in the store and walked away. Not only did i look like a ghost, i experienced the most rude costomer service i have even encountered. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS STORE TO ANYONE. you are better off buying your makeup from Macy's. I will not be returning to this store and i will suggest the same to my friends.
