Easy process for my son's wisdom teeth removal. Got an appointment right away. (Although the day of the surgery they were about 1 1/2 hours behind schedule.) Knowledgeable and skilled surgeon. No problems with the surgery and received clear instructions for post surgery. One issue with the billing department (they sent the bills to the wrong insurance co), but the issue was cleared up quickly. I have and will continue to recommended the office to friends.

While the doctors are good, the billing department has be consistently poor. Charging for services not discussed, not billing insurance properly, etc. I just feel they are trying to overcharge and hope you don't notice.

Wisdom teeth removal at staellite office...chipped teeth, sore jaw, over 10 IV attempts to inject anesthesia, never notified parent of dehydration of patient or problems with IV anesthesia. Marks on face post-surgery, popping jaw, billing errors, open wounds on inside of cheek for months from chipped teeth that wouldn't heal until teeth were smoothed out...billed at 300% of balance due (which was later corrected after several contacts) inappropriate and hostile office. Doctor's judgment was wrong and I would never, ever go there again. Ever. They denied any wrong doing. Never an apology for the surgery or verbally-attacking workers in the office. Never a credit for sub-par surgery. I'm broken hearted that I put my child through this place. If only I could get a mulligan.
