Bought an Altima here in Nov '10. Saleman was great, but his manager was an "old school high pressure buy this car today" kind of guy. Before he would give me his best price he insisted that I promise to buy immediately. I told him if the price was right I would buy. He gave me a price which was good. When I said I needed time to think about it and would be back, if I decided to buy, he lost his temper and called me a liar and insulted me and my employer. Some way to close a deal. When I went back to buy the car I asked the saleman to be sure that I didn't have to see his manager which he agreed to. The rest of my experience was much better.

the worst customer service experience of my life. sales manager is condescending and arrogant. no one should buy from this dealer.
