Fantastic service, great price. They always make my hair look sexy and fabulous. Warm and professional staff gave me just the right look.

My experiences there prior to my last one were adequate, but my most recent waxing appointment there will be my last. Emily acted like she was too busy to be doing what she was doing, and left me bleeding from hacking away too quickly at my skin with the tweezers when she doing my brows. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a salon. I called back later to speak with a manager, but no one was around, another bad sign that no one there really cares about their customers.
