Mark Nix provided a detailed, exact outline of how our pool demolition would be done. The price was very competetive. After reading many positive reviews, we decided to have him do it. He maximized use of existing landscape so all we had to add was top soil. Grading and drainage are working nicely over 6 months later after many rains. He spent extra effort to salvage our existing deck and cleaned up very well afterwards. There was a one day weather delay but I received a call from him by 8:30am that day. I should expect this level of detail and a true pride in a job well done from contractors but to be honest it is refreshing and pleasant when someone like Mark Nix actually has these quailities and finishes the job as he stated and in a thorough, detailed, professional manner. Thanks Mr. Nix! No more pool cleaning! Now what was a headache is a pleasure! I hope you all choose and receive the same level of service I got, because he certainly is capable of it.

Had my plumbing repaired by them for my whole bathroom. Prices were relatively reasonable and they got everything done that I wanted. Easy to work with.

*DO NOT USE MARK NIX PLUMBING.* Mark Nix plumbing came out to my home to install the plumbing for a new sink, faucet, & garbage disposal. A few days after the work was done the water suddenly stopped working on the faucet. When I called the plumber to see if they could come out to fix it, they said that they could but we would have to pay $175/hour for the weekend rate or we could wait until Monday for $110/hour. When I asked why i should have to pay if it was a mistake they made, the tech told me that they did not make any mistakes & that we would have to still pay them. I decided to call a different plumber & he found that the faucet & sprayer were jammed up with a "white plasticy" material (maybe too much teflon tape). This was obviously a mistake made by Mark Nix plumbing (even though they did not want to admit any fault). I will never use Mark Nix again nor recommend to anyone. Call someone else.
