I moved into the Georgian last August thinking that I was getting a good location but not much more. But then, I found out that no matter how small (dripping faucet) or big (locked myself out in the middle of the night) issue I had, Mozart staff was available to help.That is a heck of a lot better than what my friends get with other landlords! So, I will stay where life is good.

I moved into my Mozart managed apartment in North Oakland when I started grad school at Pitt. It was super convenient, and I loved the apartment and the courtyard. I always find that the office staff is nice and polite, very helpful when it comes to issues either with a neighbor or maintenance. The people who come to fix things are always nice. They always knock, yell out "Mozart", and never intrude if they caught you at a bad time.

I write this now thinking of the prospect that I will probably be moving away from Pittsburgh this spring, and I have started looking at apartments in my destination city. It will be hard for me to find an apartment and management company this good. .. Oh, and I will miss the pear tree just outside.

Great management company! I have lived at the Wendover for a couple of years now, and I can't tell you how great it is to have a management team that not only cares but actually performs. One of the apartments had a small kitchen fire that caused a LOT of smoke this past weekend. People do leave stuff on their stove! It happened Saturday morning, early. The building stunk of smoke, and being that it was the weekend, I figured that it will be Monday before anyone would come out. Well, there were Mozart guys getting to work, just rolling up their sleeves and cleaning up, fixing the doors that the firemen broke down, and, next thing you know, the smell is gone. The office sent us all email to let us know what is going on as they always do.This is just TYPICAL of how the company works. Even when things are tough, they show up. When now one else knows, they show up and fix things. I am glad to be living at the Wendover! Read less

I have lived in Highland Park for more than 1.5 years. I have not had any problems with Mozart Management. They are a very responsible landlord. Every time there is something wrong with the apartment, if its an emergency (e.g. sink is stuck), they would fix it right away. One time a guy even came around 11pm. The rental office is very nice. They are also lenient on late payments as well as long as you have been paying on time most of the time. I was late three days one time and they did not charge me a fee for it. The highland park building (parklane) is very new and has safe and beautiful surroundings, with a responsible and understanding landlord, what else can you get? I am sorry that other people have bad experiences with Mozart but in my humble opinion, they are the best rental agency I have ever dealt with in the last five years of renting. Btw, they don't charge a security deposit!!!

I have lived in the Pennsylvania building for over 3 months now and I felt a need to counter act all these negative reviews I keep seeing on here.

Firstly when I called maintenance to fix anything I would always get a prompt response usually within 24 hours. I remember my mailbox lock needed changed and 2 hours later a maintenance man came up to check and order a new one.

People say Mozart has came into their apartment unannounced but that hasn't happened to us yet and Pennsylvania doesn't have a law requiring management companies to notice tenants when they will be coming over. So if you want a company to respect that you'll have to leave the state.

All the maintenance, management, and grounds keepers have been very polite and knowledgeable to my roommate and I.

Be sure to read all of the lease before signing. They have all the information in their leases.

I had a very positive experience at the Morrowfield Apartments with Mozart. I left a review on that Yelp page if you'd like more details on my experience specific to the property. Mozart was very attentive as a landlord and always took care of my maintenance issues right away. The common areas were always clean and everyone I talked to was always nice. They also helped me a lot during the leasing process as I was moving from NC and didn't have the chance to see the apartment in person. Although I can't comment on their other properties, I'd definitely recommend the Morrowfield as an affordable, spacious, well-maintained apartment building in a good location! I'd definitely rent from Mozart again based on my experience!

Attentive service, helpful office staff, great location. I have never lived in any other apartment complex where the management company asks the question, "What can we do for you?" On a regular basis. When you are busy and keep forgetting to call about that leaky faucet, then you just reply to the email. They make it easy.

Maybe it does not matter to many people, but I am proud to bring my friends to my apartment at the Georgian, the lobby is supr classy and the grounds are nicely landscaped.

I never had a real problem with the management. I had to remind them to make repairs a couple of times. Be aware that you sign away all of your rights. You are also expected to vacate the apartment several days before the end of the month, which make moving more difficult to coordinate. You will have to make your decision if to extend the lease for one more year six months before your current lease expires. The place is well heated in the winter. The apartment is spacious however very dark. Has a great kitchen.
