I placed order online on their website. We ordered 8oz steak with mushed potatoes, soup, salad, bread. The food was good, but service is horrible-I asked bread, no butter on mushed potatoes, cook steak medium well, put silver wear to our order. My husband picked food up. And what we got? No bread, no spoons, no forks, steak was cooked just medium(not big deal, but still), and they put butter on mushed potatoes! I called manager, she apologized, offer us to come back and pick the bread, silverware, but we have small business and don't have time to come back. We're really disappointing! I asked her name, than she told me she'll send me gift card. We'll see. Next time I'll go to Robinson location-the best longhorn steakhouse . I don't recommend longhorn in north hills
