I rent from Lobos Management at the Highland Manor in Shadyside. It is a small studio apartment with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. I have been here for two years with no complaints.

I lived in a Lobos Management Property on Edmond Street in Bloomfield for three years and had very few issues. The central air conditioning was not very effective, but everything else was OK. Once, I had to call Lobos Management because the building's front door lock was broken. They sent a repairman within an hour. A separate time the basement started flooding and they sent a repairman quickly. Considering that the rent was pretty low for the neighborhood, I considered the building to be a good deal and my interactions with the management company to be fair.

Don't rent from them, they are monsters! All they want is your money, they will never fix anything.I've called about no heat (when it was 7 degrees outside)for a week, they didn't fix it till I called the health dept. & they would of got a fine if they didn't fix it. The property is a disaster:not secure building as they claim,don't salt the walkways or plow the lot,broken lights,fire extingushers & alarms don't work & outdated,they "forget" to pay the bills so you'll have trash overflowing dumpsters and no water!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!
