Laketon TV. deserves a great review. Great employees, and great service I will use them every time I have an appliance problem

Purchased a suite of appliances (refrigerator, stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal) in September 2017 and requested that the appliances be delivered on October 11 to coincide with a kitchen remodel. I was told that would not be a problem, that they are flexible and would accommodate my schedule (music to my ears). NONE of the five appliances were delivered/installed on time. Refrigerator and stove arrived 2 1/2 weeks PAST my scheduled delivery date and the dishwasher arrived/was installed damaged and I'm being told it will be 6-8 weeks for it to be rectified. Then a week later, I get a call stating that someone from the appliance vendor will be in sooner to address the issue. With any luck I'll have it corrected by Christmas. Throughout the entire ordeal, the owner seemed indifferent with my frustration and concerns. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Just want everyone to know that a lot of the negative post to Laketon TV are from other dealers who can not compete. The problem is nobody checks to see if the post are true.

Had My dish installed last month and can't believe I waited so long before I did this the install and the equipment is free and Bobby did a great job for laketon TV installing. The price is just what they told me and I saved $75 a month ( don't wait do it)

My poor Moms refrigerator quit working Friday night before Memorial day weekend. So I seen LAKETON TV ad in the trib so I called them Saturday morning at 930 the owner was so nice I told him what size refrigerator my mom had. He gave me a great price on a 21cuft whirlpool and can u believe it he delivered it the same day free and took the old one away. My Moms 80 years old could not have gone the weekend with out a refrigerator. I just want thank LAKETON TV for saving mom

I have been on Comcast for 15 years NO MORE it seems like every year our price went up and we lost channels. So I seen a LAKETON TV ad in the post gazette $19.99 a month for 1 year. I went over to Laketon TV and talked to Tom one of the owners. I wanted to find out what is my price going to be after the first year. Tom went over how many TV's I had and what channels I had on comcast and to my surprise the every day price was only $40 with HD and for the first year I will only be paying $19.99 a month so I signed up. 1 week later Mike the installer for LAKETON showed up went over where I could have the dish installed and in about 2 hours had every thing up and running FOR FREE with a GREAT picture. two weeks later I got my first bill was for two month $42.40. I don't know why I stayed an cable for so long.THANK YOU LAKETON TV

Like every one else when looking for a washer and dryer I went every where to find the best price almost bought it at home depot till my friend told me to call LAKETON TV where she bought her stove.So in my car I went and to my surprise got my MAYTAG washer and dryer delivered,installed and the old ones hauled away for $75 less then any where I looked. I asked Tom the sales person how can you sell less then the big box stores? he told me they belong to BRAND-SOURCE which is a buying group that most of the independent retailers belong to. It's nice to know that the smaller stores can sell lower than the big box stores
