Katz Law Office concentrates in bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11 and 13), commercial law and business bankruptcy law. We think that the overriding goal of bankruptcy is to get a fresh start. Our job is to help you reach that goal. We seek to use the tools that the law provides, which includes, but is not limited to, Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, as applied to your particular circumstances, to get you to where you can start fresh. Commercial law includes the buying and selling of products and services by both businesses and consumers, the financing of all such purchases (whether through a bank loan or on credit), the securing and collection of loans and credit transactions, and bankruptcy. Our practice includes the representation of both creditors and debtors. By representing both creditors and debtors we have developed a balanced objectivity that gives our clients the best overall strategy in dealing with their legal situations. We will typically offer a free consultation (in person or on the phone), for the purposes of discussing your matter and whether we can assist you. Our goal is to give you what you want and need, not what we decide that you should have.
