I purchased a necklace online & had it sent to the Jared's at the Village. During this time I misplaced my license but had my passport along with multiple credit cards with my name on them. The day before picking up my necklace I purchased 2 bracelets; they looked my account up with my passport. When I went to pickup my necklace they refused to give it to me. AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT. The manager was unbearable & customer service was unsupportive. I was told to go to the DMV. Who goes to the DMV to pickup a purchase. Also Jared customer service would not return the item. The manager paraded around the store & the rest of the staff avoided me. No one would help me. Completely ridiculous & unnecessary stress. Luckily, I found my license otherwise I WOULD OF PAID TO RECEIVE NOTHING. I feel sorry for someone old or disabled trying pickup a purchase; wonder if they will be told to go to the DMV. I offered to obtain proof of payment of the item & was refused. Not going back
