- All of our Training Sessions run 45 or 60 minutes in length, and are One-on-One or Semi-Private (2 participants) sessions. InHome Personal Trainers provide all of the equipment, exercise program design, and nutritional guidelines to reach your goals. Backyard BOOTCAMP is a 4 or 6 week program designed to: Increase your Strength, Endurance, Agility & Flexibility and Decrease your weight !

- All training sessions begin with a warm-up, and then progress into several sets consisting of overall strength training, core integrity, balance & coordination, cardiovascular endurance and relaxation focusing on the mind-body connection. All training sessions will conclude with a deep relaxing stretch customized to your body.

Personal Training Sessions include overall Strength Training, Core Integrity, Balance & Coordination, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility & Relaxation focusing on the mind-body connection. InHome Personal Trainers have an M.S. in Exercise Physiology and are ACE & NASM certified. Our trainers provide guidance in general areas of wellness and nutrition as we work toward your fitness goals.
