  National Labor Relations Board closes Mattress Factory probe. The Mattress Factory and charging parties signed a settlement agreement with the NLRB, which requires a 60-day notice posting to employees. The notice posting affirms employees’ rights under the National Labor Relations Act, including the right to speak about the terms and conditions of employment, including sexual harassment, with coworkers.
