George Bekic, DO George Bekic, DO, is a cardiologist with AHN Cardiovascular Institute. He diagnoses and treats an array of heart conditions, including rare and complex diseases. Dr. Bekic provides patient-centered care to meet individual needs. He went to medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Bekic did his residency at AHN Allegheny General Hospital/AHN West Penn Hospital Medical Education Consortium, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Additionally, he did a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Bekic is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and is affiliated with the American College of Cardiology and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
