Margaret Fried has successfully represented numerous clients in their claims of sexual harassment, disparate treatment, hostile work environment, discrimination based on race, ethnicity, age and disability, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, or FMLA, and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and State labor laws.
