Pretty Good....HOT Server working tonight, he is worth the trip

If you like authentic Mexican, you will not find it here. There is nothing special or quite 'mexican' at all about their sauces or ingredients. Basically plated up 'plain and boring' and served with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and rice (although the rice was my favorite). I had the Popeye Pollo, (spinach dip on GRILLED chicken breasts served with tortillas). The spinach sauce claimed to be a house specality...hmmm. Almost all of the chicken items on the menu are 'grilled'. Few or no items claimed to be shredded and simmered (the authentic mexican way). Except I did see Enchiladas Verdes...which is meant to have shredded, simmered chicken, but who knows?If Emilianos is claiming to be authentic mexican or not (it does say "Mexican" in the name) I don't know...but that is definately not what it is.If you want the best, visit the Red Iguana in SLC, Utah. If you can't fly thousands of miles away try Taco Loco, instead. It's not the best, but it is better than here.
