Hello I had scheduled a drivers test for my 17 year old daughter for Saturday January 31, 2009. My daughters drivers test was for 12:45 pm and they tell you come in 15 minutes early, which I was there by 12:19 pm. Even thought I had an appointment I had to pick a number. When i arrived they were only on number 349 I had number 456. To make a long story short After waiting approximately an hour I sent my daughter to the nearby store to get me some tic tacs. At about five minutes later they called her name and I explained that I just sent her to the store and the supervisor there was very nasty. I explained that I have been there waiting for about an hour and that i sent her to the store, she wouldn't even hear me out. I would suggest that the people who has an scheduled appointment should not have to pick a number, because this causes you to believe that you are going on the number system. Well needless to say I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PENN HILLS OFFICE AGAIN. C. HARRIS.
