We bought a refrigerator, dishwasher and range at one time. The sales person was knowlegable and very helpful. The delivery was on time and went well without problems.
Sales help was great, everything was great until i bought it and left the store. Delivery was horrible. The date they gave me, I waited home all day, no delivery, no phone calls... I called the salesman and asked what the deal was, and he said he had no idea, they arent connected with delivery and that he would call back. never did. Ended up 3 times total I waited all day and it didnt come. The fourth day they came and ended up scratching and gouging my hard wood floor in my kitchen and breaking an overhead light fixture. The owner/manager was not helpful in resolving this issue at all, guess they are only helpful until they make the sale, then your on your own.
