I get my hair colored at Dawn's Hair Design and she does a great job. I like how she cuts it and the color is always great. The best thing about her salon is she is always on time.

I started going to Dawn's Hair Design after they won the Gold Award for the best Hair Salon in Baldwin five years ago . I was new to the area and missed my old stylist . I made an appointment with Dawn and she gave me a new fresh cut and color and I have been seeing the last five years and Love Her !

Dawn's Hair Design is definitely the place to find that trustworthy, understanding, edgy and tasteful hairdresser you've always wanted. I see a lot of friends that make mistakes with their hairstyles and colors, but going to Dawn-- I know that will never happen to me. All of the hairdressers there ask for you to be honest about the style you are looking to achieve and make suggestions that are within your palate. It's not just for the conservative, edgier styles have their place too. Dawn and her team of hairdressers are always keeping up with the latest styles and products to keep them looking good. I would never ever EVER go anywhere else and have said for years that she will have to move with me if i ever leave Pittsburgh.

Recently Dawn introduced me to a new hair spray and curling iron. Now on a regular basis I receive compliments on my hair and I have to say it's because of Dawn's recommendations. The hair spray is "Focus 21 - Fashion Splash" and the curling iron is a Hot Tools. Both are products that a must for me now. Thank you Dawn!!!!

Dawn is an experienced hair dresser. She keeps up with all the lastest hair styles. She has been cutting my hair for over 20 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to cut my hair.

I am a teen and I have to tell you I would go to super cuts till I got enough if them chopping my hair up. Dawn is awesome. I get many complements on my hair now thanks to her.

Dawn seems to be an experienced hair dresser. She is very confident. She listens closely to what you want from your haircut /color. Overall the staff are friendly. Great hours. One MAJOR complaint, the salon isn't nearly as clean as it should be. There is dog fur on the seats in the waiting area. Pittle dog wewe pads in the corner of the salon. And dog chew toys on the floor. Gross ! If you have allergies, stay away from this salon. The brush she used had someone else's hair still in it. I won't be going back unless she cleans up her act.

When I moved to Baldwin, I had my hair cut at 4 other salons before discovering Dawn's Hair Design. At all 4 other sites, even if I had the same hairdresser, I would sometimes console myself as I looked at my cut in the mirror by saying, "Keep it in perspective. It will grow out." I am immensely pleased with Dawn's Hair Design. My beautician, Robin, does an excellent and CONSISTENT job.
