  With over 35 years of experience, David DeFazio has extensive trial expertise. He then worked as a prosecutor in the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office where he became well acquainted representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in felony and misdemeanor prosecutions. In 1988, Attorney David DeFazio opened his own private legal practice as a Criminal Defense Attorney. Due to Attorney DeFazio's criminal prosecution experience, clients immediately sought him to defend their criminal matters. Attorney DeFazio began accepting criminal defense cases with many of his cases making national news.
