Was hired to put in new bathroom and i am still waiting. Since December the only thing that has been done is a gut job and am still waiting for the rest. I would not recommend this company for anything. I did call and have not heard back did not get my key or money back. I did get someone else.
Don't use him.
Called to set up an appointment, was told they would arrive at 4 PM the next day. No call, no show. I called left a message, still no call back. Very unprofessional.
Ken, the owner of the company, was 1 of 3 plumbers who gave us a price for clearing a clog in our sewage pipe and replacing a hundred year old cast iron stack pipe in our garage; his price was half the cost and he was available to do the job immediately; the other companies told us we probably had to have the floor dug up to replace pipes and that it would take days; Ken used a snake and camera and quickly resolved the problem. It took him two hours total to do the job. He was efficient, quick, reliable and honest; we will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
