This review is in regard to the towing service. My car would not start, it was 6:30 am and I was stuck at a gas station. I called AAA and they sent Ryan a service provider from Critchlow Auto Body. He arrived and tested my battery, determined it was good and seemed to think it was the starter. He then called a tow truck for me which was also from Critchlow Auto Body. The truck arrived in no time and had me towed to the garage. I just wanted to say thank you again for the great service and for being so helpful. Very professional and pleasant service.

I recently needed a battery installed because mine had died and Chris G came to where I was parked and did a great job with my Mercedes and got me going with all systems working !!

My daughter and I were down to Passavant Hosp. for an appt. and stopped at a Wendy's in Wexford on the way home, and her car would not go into Park, then wouldn't go out of Drive. We called AAA, and they dispatched "JJ" from CRITCHLOW AUTO BODY, what an impressive young man, he was able to get the car moved from the parking spot and get it into Drive so we could get home. He even made sure we had plenty of gas to get to our local repair shop. I just used this company this morning. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very concerned with getting me the best possible service. I would call them again without hesitation.

I called AAA because my son's car needed towed and they sent Critchlow. The tow truck driver that was sent was the most rude unconsumer-friendly person that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. When he arrived he realized that my car was all-wheel drive, which required a flatbed truck. He wanted me to leave my car in the middle of a parking lot with the keys in the ignition. When I requested that he push it out of the lane, he got angry and told me that was what I had insurance for and I would have to wait with the car while they dispatched another truck and that it would take at least an hour. I waited two and a half hours before requesting that AAA dispatch another company, which they did. If you call AAA for emergency road service, I would recommend that you ask who they intend to dispatch and if it is Critchlow, refuse the service and request another company.

I have had numerous interactions with Critchlow towing and found their personnel to be excellent and knowledgeable. In addition to being professional, kind, patient, and prompt they are also competent. This translates into the securing and safe transportation of your vehicle to your desired destination. Critchlow offers 24 hour on call towing year round, their prices are competitive, they offer roadside assistance and they are affiliated with AAA. I trust them implicitly!

these guys r great. on phone with my insurance company for over an hour, then told me they couldn't get a motorcycle tow in all of pgh.? i started calling around and was told on numerous occassions; try Critchlow's. finally, i did, and a half hour later; my bike was in my garage! the guys were great and very professional. next time-critchlow first, and save a buncha aggrevation!
