The Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority is the worst utility company that I ever had to deal with. Of course they want their money on time as do all utility companies. But they are not willing in any way,shape or form to work with people struggling and let people pay what they can afford for the time being on past due bill's along with keeping the currant bill up to date. Of course if I could s--- out $4500.00 to pay off a past due bill I would! But who does? Do You ?? The P.U.C. as well as the Mayor of The City of Pittsburgh, the Local and State Representives Should All Step Up To The Plate and put a stop to the way The Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority goes about collecting on old debts that were the cause of a situation that the currant party had no control over. Maybe if they would make special payment arrangements that people could afford, I'm sure that they would see a lot more of the monies that were owed to them reguardless of how long it took to pay it off! YOU SHOULD CHANGE
