Management addresses issues quickly with short-term fixes but building needs capital improvements to make the property satisfying to live in. Here's a list of issues: Plumbing problems with the toilet flushing and the tub backs up with water.Some residents bring roaches, one hoarder caused management to have to treat the whole building over a two-month time span. Lots of unprofessional installation throughout and no or little use of caulking around water fixtures. Also, my window and the frame itself wiggles. Just another example of shoddy installation. Hallway carpets are filthy and stained and have not been cleaned or replaced in years. Truthfully, they should not have hallway carpeting, but flooring that can be mopped instead. I know of a few apartments that have experienced water leaks during heavy rains.
