What a nightmere . My 2004 VW Tourig broke down on Banksville Ave and the AAA driver towed me to Banksville " quality ! " auto.This occured on 11-18-2009 and they told me it was the fuel pump and that it was going to cost me $800 for pats and $300.00 labor. I agreed to the price . They told me it would be ready in 4 days. After a week went buy they said they are still waiting for some parts which would be coming in that day . A few more days went buy and they said they were still working on it . I called the next day and they did not answer the phone . Following day they were very rude and told me I would have to wait . After two weeks I called them and they said my car was ready . I went down to the shop and the invoice went up to $1444.00 . The parts were the same price but they upped the labor to $490.00 . I was shocked . Also I had an extra 91 miles on the clock also there was no written guarantee on the invoice They ripped me off on the price BEWERE . GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK
