Anytime Tan Tanning Club LLC got it's start in Squirrel Hill (outside of Pittsburgh, PA) in September of 1985. With a difficult to secure bank loan we started building. The first salon opened with three German made tanning beds. From there we opened a second store in 1991 in the South Hills and continued our growth. By 2007 we opened our sixth store in Mt. Washington. Our industry experience and success continues to benefit our customers. As of February 2010, we opened our seventh salon in Cranberry Township. Anytime Tan has been devoted to having the most innovative equipment and the best quality products available. Known for strong bulbs, our clients get the results they want in a reasonable time frame. At Anytime Tan, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to continue to supply the highest quality tanning experience possible for the lowest price. Do not let an employee talk you into joining their VIP tanning club. They pressure you into joining assuring that canceling is not a problem. Canceling is a problem. After conveniently losing my first cancellation form I was informed I could not cancel after only a month. This was completely against what I was told when signing up and despite having a signed copy of a contract from their employee stating it was ok to cancel within said month, the owner refused to let me cancel. Amy the manager was initially very nice and helpful, explaining the employee who signed me up was confused and misinformed and no longer works there. It has now been several weeks and the owner is still sending her billing company after me for a month of service I did not even use. Why lose a customer over this? What a horrible owner.
Anytime Tan Tanning Club has been in business for 27 years and by no means do we pressure or deceive our customers. The quality of service that we give to our customers is very important to us and very important to our reputation. After being given all of the details and information......our customers, by their own choice, voluntarily sign and agree to the terms of our memberships. There are no strings attached. We certainly do not want anything more from our customers, except for what they sign up for. Abbey bought a membership at our salon. The terms were for a TWO month unlimited membership at $33.00 for each month. She signed and initialed these terms. Abbey paid for the first month and then refused to pay for the second month. She can absolutely cancel at anytime after she pays the additional month that she agreed to pay. Once that is paid, she will be canceled immediately as she has requested.
