I only see Dr Sepesky & she cancels a lot because of health problems, & they make NO attempt to accommodate her patients. They make another appointment 6 weeks away, & there have been times 3-4 appointments have been cancelled in a row! You go without your injections, & God forbid you have problems with your meds & need an adjustment or change, they wont even have another Dr in the network treat, call, or adjust your medications!!

i think the docter needs to retire the staff in clairton blvd . is the WORST staff in the world along the bickering between them selfs and they are NOT consumer frindly at all they can't conferm a ph. call and you are the one that is lying so they say ..

dr. john lee is nothing but a glorified drug dealer who is very unproffesional and not a caring physican. please folks avoid this dr. he is very unorganized and does'nt care at all about his patients.take it from me i ended up in the emergency room twice because of this man his staff does not care if you get your prescriptions on time or not. this mans medical liscense should be suspended indefinetely.he doesnt even deserve a half star. PLEASE FOLKS AVOID THIS DR. HE MIGHT HAVE A BUNCH OF CREDENTIALS BUT THAT MEANS NOTHIN IF ALL YOU GET IS A HARD TIME FROM YOUR DR AND HAVE TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. THIS DR NEEDS AND MUST BE INVESTIGATED BY THE MEDICAL BOARD HE DOES NOT NEED TO BE TREATING PATIENTS.

The support staff is the most unprofessional, rude and uncaring group of people I have ever encountered in a medical practice. This applies to every single person behind the reception desk. My wife has been going there for 3 years and complains about the way she is treated every time she has an appointment. I've witnessed this myself. Everyone at the front desk has an attitude problem. I've seen them get into arguments with other patients. They speak to the patients in a condescending manner. I don't care what famous people they've treated, they have no respect for the average patient. They try to dictate when you will come in to see them as opposed to trying to work out a mutually convenient time. The doctors also seem to be uncaring. My wife came home crying after getting an injection because the doctor took no steps to make it a little less painful. Whoever gave this place a good review has not visited it enough times. AVOID THIS PRACTICE!

Wonderful team of doctors, nurses, massage therapists, physical therapists, and even acupuncturists! I read an article about one of the doctors treating and curing Jaromir Jagr when he played for the Penguins!
