This store is very helpful and knowledgeable! There is a gentleman who does help customers outside the store but he does not drink beer as the other person mentioned in the previous review. I've had the pleasure of meeting that gentleman and he was very helpful in helping me locate where my transmission fluid should go, he has a great relationship with customers often helping women and senior citizens who have limited automotive knowledge. The employees are VERY nice and everyone always has a hello and goodbye everytime someone enters or exits the store. There is another Advance Auto a half a mile from my home but i drive the 4 miles to the east liberty store just for the personal service...Great Job Will (Manager) and the rest of the Advance Auto Team. I'll be going somewhere else. The guy who drinks beer outside and tries to talk you into letting him work on your car, I've talked to him 3 more times than I'd like. The music played so loud I could barely think what wrench I was looking for, I just wanted a tool not a night club. The employees singing and drumming on the counter treating me like I'm inconvieniencing them to have them ring me up. A poor location time after time.
