Monopoly. Public trapped into using service because city refuses to provide public trash pickup. Not normally unreasonably expensive, IF all your trash fits in your provided can; however if you have extra bags, regardless of size or weight or number thereof, that will NOT squeeze into can, they charge FIVE DOLLARS PER BAG for their worker to get out of the truck and put the bag in the truck. They are TRASH haulers, it should be their JOB. I consider it LEGALIZED EXTORTION, and the city fathers should be ASHAMED that they let themselves get roped into such a contract.
