If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT go to this multi-chain money grubbing factory. This is one of those greedy corporate organizations that has scores of doctors working for it that have money instead of your dental health as top priority. You will be pushed into unnecessary dental work, multiple appointments and be seen by multiple doctors. The staff are clueless with insurance issues and do not follow through with details and network issues etc. If you complain, like all organizations that are more concerned with making money than service, they simply tell you to leave. That is what Dr Sunny Chung did to me via certified letter while I had a terrible tooth ache issue that I had been trying to diagnose at the Pittsboro office over a six month period. When I asked for a referral to an endodontist their staff told me they would not give me one unless I came in for a third appointment and more x-rays even though the previous ones did not show anything wrong. Instead of referring me for more thorough diagnostics she sent me a letter to terminate her care while I was in severe pain. UNBELIEVEABLE disregard for the patient. I have been trying to get precertification via their sleep study dept since last March when she told me I should get checked for sleep apnea so I could have a 3k dollar plus device made by her. It was endless phone calls to try to get this to happen through my insurance company. Her assistant was extremely rude when I informed her of the problems I was having trying to get things to happen. She just kept repeating herself like I don't understand plain English. Instead of returning my phone call to discuss the issues I was having Dr Chung sent me a letter telling me I was rude to her staff and she would no longer provide me dental care all the while my tooth is causing sever pain. Do not go here you will be very disappointed in the quality of care you receive. It was a lot of wasted time and aggravation.
