I made two appointments, both for first-time customers, for 10:45am with the guideline of arriving at 10:30 to handle the paperwork. When we arrived at 10:49, we were told the appointments were set for 10:20. That was never told to either of us. The receptionist then said (and this was still within minutes of the appointment time I was given at the time I made it) that because we were so very late the office would only be able to see one of us that day. She didn't offer to reschedule either of us, nor did she even own up to the scheduling mistake. I simply said, "Come on.", and headed straight for the door. I live 0.2 miles from this office, and they will never see even a cent from me!
