The staff at Bryant Staffing was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Searching for a new position had been difficult due the down turn in the economy. Other agencies I registered with didn't seem to give me the personnel attention that I got from Bryant Staffing. The office was a very pleasant environment to be in at a most difficult time for me. After two weeks they found me a wonderful position at a great company.

Agency is poorly organized, doesn't communicate effectively with potential clients, and the website doesn't work efficiently. I opted not to work with this agency at all.

Bryant Staffing took the time to restructure my resume with me so that I was able to find the position I was looking for. Their pre-employment testing and training as well as the coaching they provided allowed me to land a job that I love with plenty of potential for advancement. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new job.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism of the Bryant Staffing Agency, as well as the overall service that they gave me. I received a call from Bryant in April 07, insisting that they had found a perfect match for my career goals, skills set and work experience. I was skeptical, because I had registered with so many diffrent agencies, but they seemed diffrent. In deed, it was the perfect marriage and I am happy to say that , I was hired after temping for 2 months and was hired as a full-time employee with FANTASTIC benefits, work related challenges and room for growth. It was a challenge to find the perfect position, and although I am no longer employed by them, to show my appreciation, I will continue to acheive and strive for excellence in everything that I do!

I submitted my resume via e-mail and was subsequently called in for an interview (all the way in Mountainside) only to be told that the Staffing Officer "didn't know what to do with me" when I got there. A business card was thrust in my face and that was the extent of the meeting. It was a complete waste of time and handled very poorly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
