Welcome to Piqua's premiere 24/7 health club, Total Fitness. We are not only a Co-ed facility, but we also feature a Ladies ONLY club as well. Each are open 24 hours per day for members. Thin & Healthy is our Total Solution to weight loss.

I've worked out here for over 10 years and it is the best place around. The girls who work there really know their stuff, especially about weight loss and nutrition. They definitely have the most equipment, and it sure as hell beats the Y.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST fitness facility in the area!! And it has a weight management center, Thin & Healthy, also! I love them both! The staff is EXCELLENT and very, very knowledgeable about health, fitness, and nutrition. If you want to get in shape, have weight to lose, or just like to stay fit, definitely check them out. Their prices can't be beat, either! Ask for Niki or Danielle.
